Boon-Chye is the founder and Principal Consultant of Excelle Consulting, a Singapore-based Management and IT Consultancy firm. He has successfully consulted to many MNCs, Government Agencies and SMEs in more than 20 countries including less travelled places such as Iran, Bangladesh, Ghana and Guam. He has more than 26 years of industry experience with the last 16 years in consultancy, project management, training and coaching. Prior to setting up Excelle Consulting in January 2003, he was the Director of Technology Consulting for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (SE Asia). He is a frequent speaker in regional seminars and workshops. Boon Chye is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), as conferred by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), the member institutes of which are present in 45 countries worldwide. He is also a WDA Certified Trainer & Assessor. He lectures at the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC Singapore) on Business Strategy Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Consulting Tools and Techniques, and at ESSEC, a premier French Business School with a campus in Singapore, on Consulting Skills and Techniques, Project Management and Structured Thinking and Communication. Boon Chye obtained his Software Engineering degree from France under a Public Service Commission Scholarship (PSC) from 1978-1985. He speaks fluent French, English and Mandarin.

Methodology:

The workshop is designed to be highly interactive and is

limited to a maximum of 16 attendees. Attendees are

encouraged to bring related real-life challenges and issues

at work to be discussed at the workshop. Concepts

covered are illustrated by real-life examples & case

studies. There will be daily breakout sessions after lunch

to work in groups on exercises. Each group will present

their solutions followed by peer critique and facilitator

feedback.
