ALTERNATIVE 1: SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS• Teach or train managers how to motivate employees.

• Host Seminars outside the organization.

ALTERNATIVE 2: DIVERSITY COMMITTEE• Hire someone who will be able to;

1. help with the situation

2. Increase the awareness of diversity

3. Provide support to employees

ACTION PLAN • Managers have to be proactive, communicating with associates as soon as they detect a

problem.

• Conduct diversity survey once every year.

• Investigate and terminate whoever was responsible for the email.
