Estimado Ejecutivo,
Atentamente,
Dear Executive,
The role of a lawyer, today and with the globalization process, changes. The lawyer must respond to new challenges, be a specialist in various topics, besides having to be proactive in the needs of his client and know how to attend to his clients’ problems in advance.
As a corporate attorney, a partner in a law firm or a legal advisor for a governmental institution, all lawyers need to manage much more than just the law. They need to be visionaries with a strategic perspective, influencing the direction their organization chooses to take.
Yale School of Management and Seminarium Internacional S.A. have the pleasure of presenting the ninth version of the Management Program for Lawyers (MPL), exclusively designed for Latin American and Spanish lawyers.
MPL is structured to complement, strengthen and refresh the professional experience gained throughout years of practice. The classes will take place in the historic Yale Law School and Yale’s outstanding academic staff will provide you with the skills necessary to lead the strategic decision making process and strengthen your organization.
At the end of the program, participants will receive a certificate from the Yale School of Management and will return to their places of work with new ideas, approaches and perspectives. We invite you to participate in this unique experience.
Sincerely,
to Yale School of ManagementWELCOME

Concluiremos
estudiando metodologías para la solución de problemas.
In this session, we consider the strategy of Holland Sweetener to
compete in the aspartame market. This case study highlights the
difference between making money in the game and making money
by changing the game. We conclude with a principled approach to
problem solving.
Today, knowing how to compete and how to collaborate with a
competitor is vital. In this session, Professor Nalebuff will tackle
this new strategic framework through exercises and examples
of various global industries. He will examine how the spirit of
competition and collaboration can revolutionize current practices,
making them more profitable. The long standing success of one’s
company is the result of successful competition in the industry and
being an active participant in the destiny of the company. This is
how to create opportunities for future success, instead of simply
accepting the status quo.
