AcuTech analyst and designer teams believes that the i-medisuites system can be

used efficiently by any kind of user; either by a novice user or a very highly

qualified professional. This thought has gone to their mind when they design all of

the forms and reports. “Patient’s Registration” form shows the following aspects.

• Mandatory columns are

shown in light red.

• Data is grouped logically

by their nature/ functionality,

i-medisuites is a design based on ERP architecture, so the system is truly

integrated and shares the information. It has both Database and System (front

end) integrity.

Database Integrity : Database design is based on RDBMS (Relational Data Base

Management System), so normalization, integrity and relational keys are used to

make our database very compact and flexible.

Example : Lets assume we

have wrongly named any item,

after doing some transactions

(invoice, item receipts, etc), we

realized that the item name is

wrong. Now due to database

integration and integrity key, you

can simply change the name in

the item master and all related

transactions will automatically

correct the item name.


Here is the another example of integrated system. The following screen shot of Item

Master is another example. Quantity Level can be defined as Maximum, Minimum,

Critical, and Re-order.

Example : Lets assume we have one medicine item named Crocin and we set up 1000

Maximum, 200 Minimum, 100 Critical and 500 as a Re-order quantity.

User will get the alert “Maximum

Quantity Level is reached” when

the quantity on hand goes above

1000 incase of any receipt.

User will get the alert “Minimum

Quantity Level is reached” or

“Critical Quantity Level is

reached” whenever quantity on

hand reaches 200 or 100,

respectively at the time of the

medicine (Crocin) sale.

User will get the alert “Re-order

Level is reached” when the

quantity on hand has reached 500.


The functionality of True ERP (i-medisuites) system can not be achieved, if the

system is not controlled.

User Access and Data Ownership are two ways to control the system, this will

help to identify who and when the data is entered and modified and has the right

permission to access the system.

User Access : Every user is

assigned a unique login name, and

the combination of the valid login

name and password gives

permission to the user to access

the system.


User Access : By giving

required modules/forms/

reports, permission makes

sure that the user has the

only needed access.

This permission can be

changed (add/modify) at any

point of time.


• Any time the user enters or

updates any information, the

system captures this who

information and it can be viewed

at any time by clicking the “who”

button. So in this case this user

takes the ownership of the data.

User Access and Data Ownership:

• The ownership of some

of the data goes to the two

parties, one who (user)

has entered the data and

second, who (supervisor/

manager) has approved it.

AP Invoice and AP

payment are such

examples.


i-medisuites is a web enabled system which is used in an internet and intranet

(local network) environment, so the system can be accessed only by the authorized

user. There are many ways we secure this environment.

• Authorized User – The system can be accessed only by the combination of the

valid login ID and password.

• Auto Signoff – If the user is not accessing the system for a certain time, then the

system will log off the user after a defined time due to inactivity.

• Encrypted url - The web

page’s address is dynamic

encrypted so no hackers

can hack the system and

also the program can not

be reloaded from “cache”

without the valid login.


In the health care industry, information is very sensitive and crucial so management

needs to keep the history of changes of some sensitive data.

“i-medisuites Audit features” perfectly achieves this task. i-medisuites has

already identified hundreds of sensitive data, where with the one click of a button

“audit” can be turned ON/ OFF.

data is very sensitive.

We have taken extra

precaution to encrypt
