Apply via My Health Learning (via the CEWD website) 2. Complete an EOI form and sent to the course coordinator Student Requirements You will be required to attend all face-to-face workshops as part of this program. These workshops will be held at the CEWD Rozelle campus. You will also be required to complete assignments related to the course material that will assess the application of leadership and management knowledge and skills. Units Covered in Program Should I Enrol? The Diploma of Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification that has been contextualised for those working in management roles within a health setting. The program provides students with the skills and working knowledge required for effective management and leadership in the workplace. All units of competency covered in the qualification assist students in developing a range of management related competencies that can be applied in the workplace. Completion of this Qualification can be mapped to the National Safety Health and Quality Services Standards 1.2, 1.3, 13.3 Many workshops feature guest speakers who have senior positions within SLHD as well as facilitated group discussion and activities. The Diploma of Leadership and Management is delivered over 12 face to face workshops over a 12 month period and required assignments within 18 months.
