Salient features of proposed Automated Monitoring System
Project to be roll out the in decentralized manner i.e. through States/UTs.
States/UTs are required to set up their own system or through a State/UT agency or select of agency or service provider for setting up the system.
Relevant documents like DPR/RFP/contract documents of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar have been shared with States/UTs for guidance.
States/UTs will be required to push the data on certain parameters to the Central server maintained by NIC. (XML format already shared)
Central portal for analysis and display of data will be developed and managed by NIC.
The payment to the service provider is to be made on the basis of unit rate per successful transaction.
The expenditure on the project may be met from the MME funds allocated to the States/UTs.
