Preparation of a detail Traffic Management Plan regarding Jabatan Kerja Raya's or JKR’s new Arahan Teknik Jalan (ATJ) and specification and proper implementation is essential to ensure the safety of all road users as well as the workers at site.

Construction related work and any related enabling works on the road or on the roadway in the absence of adequate planning, organisation and implementation, lead to unsafe conditions for workers and all road users, including motorcycle and pedestri-ans. Therefore, a Traffic Management Plan is required to ensure system are put in place to complete work safely.

To provide attendees with sufficient knowledge and awareness about Traffic Management Plan (TMP).

To promote JKR’s ATJ and Specification regarding TMP.
