MASCHINENBESCHREIBUNGBei den Generatorender Serie SPE handeltes sich um einphasigeGeneratoren mit Bür-sten, die über eine sehrhohe Betriebszuverläs-sigkeit verfügen.Diese Baureihe wurdespeziell für Spannun-gen entworfen, diehohen Einschaltstrommit niedrigem Leistung-sfaktor (cos φ) benöti-gen wie Motoren, Pum-pen, Kompressoren,Klimaanlagen etc.

Die Generatoren SPEsind in Ubereinstim-mung mit den Bestim-mungen 2006/42, ,sowie mit 2006/95 und2004/108 und derenentsprechenden Ände-rungen, en und denNormen EN 60034-1,CEI 2-3, IEC34-1, VDE0530, BS4999-5000,N.F. 51.111.Die Deckel sind aus ei-nem sehr widerstand-sfähigen Aluminium-druckguß angefertigt,die Welle aus C45-Stahl mit aufgezoge-nem Lüftterrad. DieSchutzklasse ist IP23(auf Anfrage kann aucheine hohere Schutzk-lasse realisiert wer-den). Die Isolierungentspricht Klasse Hund die Wicklungensind mit Tropen-Epoxidharz imprä-gniert. Les alternateurs SPEsont construits en con-formité aux directives2006/42, 2006/95,2004/108 et leurs mo-difications, aux nor-mes EN 60034-1, CEI2-3, IEC34-1, VDE0530, BS4999-5000,N.F. 51.111.Les flasques sont enaluminium coulé àhaute resistance, l’ar-bre est en acier C45avec ventilateur cla-veté. Ricordarsi che, unavolta accoppiato il ge-neratore al motore pri-mario, e montato suun basamento, dovràessere sollevato se-guendo le indicazionidell’installatore.

A la fin de la périodede vie de la machine,s'adresser aux organi-smes de recyclage dumatériel concerné.

En cas de change-ment de tout compo-sant, il est indispensa-ble de les remplacerpar les pièces d'ori-gine.

S’assurrer que lescouvercles de ventila-tion ne sont pas ob-struées.

MECHANISCHERANSCHLUßBei Anschluß eines Gene-rators der Serie SPE mitBauform B3/B9 müssen diefolgenden Anweisungenbefolgt werden:

-) Den vorderen Deckel aufden Motor setzen und ihn mitHilfe der entsprechendenSchrauben und einem Anzug-smoment von 48±7% Nm fe-stziehen, wenn SchraubenM10 verwendet werden, oderaber mit einem Anzugsmo-ment von 21±7% Nm beiVerwendung von SchraubenM8 (Abb. 1).

-)Den Generator auf denFlansch mit den passen-den Muttern und Schrau-ben M8 befestigen und miteinem Drehmoment von17±7% Nm festziehen(abb. 2).-)Die selbstsichernde Mut-ter auf die Zugstangeschrauben (abb. 3).

-) die zentralen Stell-schraube mit einemDrehmoment von 21±7%Nm blockieren, sollten N8-5/16 24 UNF Schraubenverwendet werden,während bei der Verwen-dung von M14x1.5 diesemit einem Drehmomentvon 120±7% Nm anziehen;die seitlichen Schutznetzemit einem Drehmomentvon 3.5±7% Nm derSchrauben M5 wiedermontieren und den hinterenSchutzgrill mit 3.5x9.5Schrauben schließen (Abb.4).

Per il colle-gamento a terra è pre-vista anche la possibi-lità di utilizzare un foropresente sul coper-chio posteriore, che èaccessibile senza do-ver smontare la cuffia.

IMPORTANZADELLA VELOCITA’La frequenza e la ten-sione dipendono diret-tamente dalla velocitàdi rotazione; è perciònecessario che siamantenuta il più possi-bile costante al suovalore nominale conqualsiasi carico. Il si-stema di regolazionedella velocità dei mo-tori di trascinamentopresenta in generaleuna leggera caduta divelocità tra vuoto e ca-rico; è perciò racco-mandabile regolare lavelocità a vuoto di un3÷4% superiore allavelocità nominale, peravere a pieno carico ilvalore nominale.

Nel caso in cui il gene-ratore non si autoecci-tasse, occorrerà riec-citarlo applicando, peralcuni istanti, ai capidel condensatore unatensione alternata dicirca 50÷230V; nelcaso di generatore adue condensatori l’o-perazione puo’ essereeseguita indifferente-mente su uno qual-siasi dei condensatori.

IMPORTANCIA DELA VELOCIDADLa frecuencia y la ten-sion dependen de lavelocidad de rotacion.Esta debe ser mante-nida lo mas constanteposible en su valor no-minal sea cual sea.Generalmente el si-stema de regulacionde los motores termi-cos es tal que existeuna diferencia de velo-cidad entre vacio ycarga.Recomendamos regu-lar la velocidad sincarga a un 3÷4 % porencima de la veloci-dad nominal, por ha-cer a pieno carga lavelocidad.

Nota: Caso el genera-dor no se auto-excite, deberá serreexcitado aplicando,por algunos instantes,en los extremos delcondensador, una ten-sión alternada deap rox im adamen te50÷230V; en el casode generador a doscondensadores, laoperación puede serllevada a cabo indi-ferentemente concualquier uno de loscondensadores.

INBETRIEBNAHMEFür den elektrischenAnschluß an die Dosenoder an die eventuelleSchalttafel des Gene-rators geeigneteStecker und Kabelverwenden.Hinsichtlich der Erdungist auf der oberen Seitedes hinteren Deckelsein zugängliches Lochvorgesehen, so daß dieHaube nicht abgenom-men werden muß.

DIE WICHTIGKEITDER DREHZAHLDie Frequenz und dieSpannung sind direktvon der Drehzal abhän-ging, daher ist es wi-chtig, daß sie so kon-stant wie möglich aufihrem Nominalwertgehalten werden,unabhänging von jegli-cher Last. Generellweist das Regelsystemder Antriebsmotoren ei-nen leichten Abfall derGeschwindigkei beiLast gegenüber Leerlauf; daher ist es rat-sam, die Geschwin-digkeit bei Leerlauf 3-4% höher zu stellen,als die Nominalge-schwindigkeit.

Bitte beachten: im Falledass der Generatorsich nicht von selbstauflaedt, so ist dieserfuer einige Augenblickedurch eine Wechsel-stromspannung von ca.50÷230V an den En-den des Kondensatorswiederaufzuladen; beieinem Generator mitzwei Kondensatoren,kann der Eingriff unter-schiedslos auf einemder beliebigen Konden-satoren durchgefuehrtwerden.

MISE EN SERVICEPour les raccorde-ments électriques auxprises ou à l’eventuelboite de l’alternateur,utiliser prises et cablesadéquates.Pour le raccordementà la masse il est prévusur la partie supé-rieure un trou accessi-ble sans avoir à dè-monter le couvercle.

IMPORTANCE DELA VITESSELa fréquence et la ten-sion dépendent de lavitesse de rotation.Celle-ci doit étre main-tenue la plus con-stante possible, quel-quesoit la charge.Géneralment le sy-stéme de régulationdes moteurs thermi-ques est tel qu’il y aune différence de vi-tesse entre vide etcharge.Nous recommandonsde régler la vitesse àvide à 3 ou 4% dessusde la vitesse nomi-nale, pour avoir àpleine charge la vi-tesse nominale.

Note: Au cas où legénérateur ne s’exci-terait pas automati-quement, il faudrait leréexciter en appli-quant une tension al-ternée d’environ50÷230V pendantquelques instants auxextrémités du conden-sateur; en cas de gé-nérateur à deux con-densateurs, l’opéra-tion peut être effec-tuée indifféremmentsur un des deux con-densateurs.

AMecc alte garantiza la buenaconstruccion y calidad de losproprios productos por 24 me-ses desde la fecha de salidade sus fabricas o de sus filia-les.

BDurante disho periodo la MeccAlte se obliga a reparar o susti-tuir a su cargo, en su estableci-miento todas acquallas piezasque hubieran sido averiadas,sin hacerse cargo de otro tipode danos, directos o indirec-tos.

CLa decision acerca del recono-cimiento de garantia esta re-servada exclusivamente a laMecc Alte, previo examen delas partes averiadas que de-beran permanecer en puertofranco o en su propia sede deVicenza.DTodos los eventuales gastosde transporte, viaje, transferen-cia o mano de obra, para eldesmontaje y nuevo montaje,del alternador o elemento ac-cionante seran siempre acargo del usuario.

ELa garantia caduca si duranteel periodo descrito se produje-ran las siguientes anomalias:

1almacenaje en lugar inade-cuado;

2reparacion o modificacion porpersonal no autorizado porMecc Alte;

3utilizacion o condiciones demanuntencion que contraven-gan las normas establecidaspor Mecc Alte;

4sobrecarga o empleo en pre-staciones distintas de aquellaspara las que ha estado sumini-strado.

La garantia cesa igualmenteen el momento que el clientesea moroso de pago, cual-quiera que sea la razon.

ADie Firma Mecc Alte gibt 24Monate Garantie ab dem Zeit-punkt der Auslieferung vomStammhaus oder einer ihrerFilialen auf die einwandfreieKonstruktion und Qualität ihrerGeneratoren.BWahrend der genannten Pe-riode repariert oder ersetztMecc Alte zu seinen Kostenalle fehlerhaften Teile, ohneRucksicht ob direkt oder indi-rekt.

CMecc Alte behält sich das Re-cht vor, die fehlerhaften Teilefrei Mecc Alte Vicenza zurück-zufordern, zur Schadensunter-suchung

DAlle eventuellen Kosten wieTransport, Fahrtkosten, Arbeit-slohn für De-und Montagegehen zu Lasten des Kunden.

EDie Garantie in O.A. Zeit wirdfur nachstehende Faktorenausgeschlossen:

1nicht korrekte Lagerung;

2Reparatur oder Mode-fizierungdurch nicht von Mecc Alte au-torisiertem Personal;

3Gebrauch oder Einsatz beiKonditionen die nicht der Normvon Mecc Alte entsprechen;

4Überlast Gebrauch oder Mon-tage anders als wofür das Pro-dukt bestimmt ist.

Die Garantie erlischt auch,wenn aus welchen Grundenauch immer, der Kunde in Za-hlung überfällig ist.

ALa société Mecc Alte garantit labonne construction et qualitéde ses produits pour une du-rée de 24 mois à compter de ladate d'expédition de ses usi-nes de fabrication ou filiales.

BDurant la période indiquée,Mecc Alte s’engage à réparerou à remplacer (à prix équiva-lent) dans la société, la partiequi serait endommagée sanstou-tefois être tenue de pren-dre en considération les fraisdirects ou indirects.

CLa décision sur la prise encharge ou non de la garantieest réservée exclusivement àMecc Alte sur examen préala-ble des pièces endommagéesqui devront parvenir en portFranco à l’usine de Vicenza.

DTout les éventuels frais devoyage, transfert, transport,main d’oeuvre pour le démon-tage de l’alternateur sonttoujours à la charge de l’utilisa-teur.

ELa garantie ne s’applique passi durant la période indiquée ily a:

1emmagasinement dans un lo-cal non adapté;

2réparations ou modificationspersonnelles non autoriséespar Mecc Alte;

3usage et manutentions nonconformes aux normes éta-blies par Mecc Alte;

4surcharges et emplois des fon-ctions différentes de cellespour lequel ils sont fournis.

Il est bien évident que la garan-tie ne s’applique que sur lematériel payé en totalité.

WARRANTY

AMecc Alte warrants the goodmanufacture and quality of allits products for 24 months,starting from the time of ship-ment from our factories or ourbranches.

BDuring said period Mecc Alteobliges to repair replace at itscost, at its works, all thoseparts which failed without anyother liability of any type, director indirect.

CThe decision for warranty ap-proval is Mecc Alte’s exclusiveright and subject to a previousexamination of the failed partswhich are to be forwarded fobMecc Alte Italy for analysis.

DAll the eventual expenses con-cerning travel, board, transport,and labour for assembly/disas-sembly of alternator from thedrive unit are always at theuser’s charge.

EThe warranty shall be void ifduring the above describedperiod the following anomaliesshould occur:1inadeguate storage;

2repair or modification byunauthorized personnel;

3use or maintenance conditionswhich do not conform whithnorms established by MeccAlte;

4overload or application otherthan what the product was me-ant for.

Warranty coverage also expi-res whenever the client, forwhatever reason, is late in pay-ment.

ALa Mecc Alte garantisce labuona costruzione e qualita'dei propri alternatori per 24mesi dalla data di spedizionedai propri stabilimenti o filiali.

BDurante il suddetto periodo laMecc Alte si impegna a ripa-rare o sostituire (a propriespese) nella propria sede,quelle parti che si fossero ava-riate, senza pero’ essere te-nuta a risarcimenti di danni di-retti o indiretti.

CLa decisione sul rico-noscimento o meno della ga-ranzia e’ riservata esclusiva-mente alla Mecc Alte previoesame delle parti avariate chedovranno pervenire in portofranco, alla sua sede di Vi-cenza.

DTutte le eventuali spese diviaggio, trasferta, trasporto,mano d’opera per lo smontag-gio e rimontaggio dell’alterna-tore dall‘apparecchiatura azio-nante sono sempre a caricodell’utente.

ELa garanzia decade se du-rante il periodo predetto, i pro-dotti fossero:

1immagazzinati in luogo nonadatto;

2riparati o modificati da perso-nale non autorizzato dallaMecc Alte;

3usati o sottoposti a manuten-zione non in base alle normestabilite dalla Mecc Alte;

4sovraccaricati o impiegati inprestazioni diverse da quelleper le quali sono stati forniti.

La garanzia cessa comunquequalora il cliente fosse inadem-piente nei pagamenti per qua-lunque ragione.
