Then the conductor began touching her thinking she was a college student.  The woman!s stern warning to the conductor fell on deaf ears. 't is said the conductor deised a dierent scheme that saw him pass his hand beneath the woman!s bosom and touched her breasts. (' heard the woman telling the conductor she would inform her husband what he was doing to her but the conductor pestered on with his indecency. The man pushed the conductor out and since he was unable to hold on to the door# he fell o the speeding car near Mosoriot Trading centre. e hit the tarmac and missed death by a whisker when a ehicle that was following the matatu almost ran oer him. (The drier told us after the incident that he had warned the conductor oer his behaiour seeral times but he was adamant#( she added.  The ill-manner ed conductor was rushed to Moi T eaching and /eferral ospital# Eldoret# where he was admitted and discharged after three days.
