    Ÿ Most manufacturers punch the flash hole through the cartridge case;

    Ÿ To ensure a consistent flash and ignition of the propellant these burrs must be removed mechanically.

    Ÿ This often causes burrs to remain on the inside of the case, which in turn, causes uneven spread of the primer flame and subsequently an uneven ignition of propellant;

    Ÿ Use the MAMBA Flash Hole Deburrer to cut away the burr on the inside of the flash hole & drill the flash hole to a uniform diameter of 2.0mm;

    Ÿ As soon as the cutter turns freely without resistance, the burr will be removed - usually after 2 to 3 turns;

    Ÿ If necessary, adjust to cut a little deeper. Be careful not to go too deep - we only wish to remove the burrs.

    Ÿ Insert the deburring tool though the case mouth and locate the flash hole;Ÿ Slide the guide into the case mouth and tighten;Ÿ Turn the tool to cut away any burrs;

    Ÿ It adjusts/locks easily with one hand without extra tools;Ÿ The cutter is an engineering grade SOMTA High Speed Steel central drill bit

    that will retain its sharp cutting edges for a long time.

    Ÿ The MAMBA Flash Hole Deburrer is all-metal;
