bull describe the expansion of quality provisions of the Malaysian Qualifications Framework over the past nine years in support of more flexible learning environment
bull highlight the architecture of the lsquoOverarchingrsquo Framework
has been devised to recognize various learning achievements - as a fundamental merit in opening up access and pathways - within the larger context of lifelong learning
bull As the Framework EVOLVE to become more NEUTRAL to
