Yarlagadda Sree Ramulu Endowment Lectures conducted annually on critical and socially relevant issues by eminent personalities connecting people, technology and public policy. Our Corporate Social Responsibility activities in Agriculture and Rural Development space are

implemented through MALAXMI AGRI & RURAL RESEARCH CENTRE (MARRC). Malaxmi

Foundation actively contributes its significant time and resources to MARRC. At our campus in

Chintalapdu village near Vijayawada, MARRC trains farmers and demonstrates new farming

and rural technologies. The centre has successfully demonstrated over 40 new technologies

to farmers in the past few years.

Malaxmi Group passionately promotes MARRC to make agriculture and farming career aspirational, particularly for rural youth by blending it with technology and media. MARRC envisions to educate farmers, youth & school children in best farming practices and to reveal farming as an honourable and profitable profession among children and youth.

Based on our experience of demonstration of new tools and technologies to farming community, MARRC is setting up a display, training and innovation centre to demonstrate the mechanization tools and technologies available in India at one location. The primary objective of the Centre will be to identify, collect, catalogue, evaluate, demonstrate and certify farm mechanization tools and technologies. Apart from disseminating novel technologies and tools available to various stakeholders, MAARC also strive to provide a platform to innovate and develop new tools and technologies by creative, self-triggered, self-inspired people. We are working closely with several organisations and institutes who are active in farm mechanization domain.

MARRC has also entered an MoU with Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) for imparting Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and promote Rural Innovation to our farmers and younger generation.
