We suggest students NOT TO bring more than SGD 200 and MYR 200.

b) Sneakers MUST be worn at all times due to the activities involved during the trip (no sandals, no open-toes shoes, etc).

B. Luggage Rules: a) One suitcase per person. b) One small carry on per person (e.g. backpack, shoulder bag,

bookbag, etc) c) Only pack for appropriate clothings (and don’t forget your

light jacket). C. Student Rules for the Entire Trip: a) Always be on time! Always be prepared to leave for any

destinations at the appointed time. b) Be active in all activities. c) Must stay with designed chaperone and group at all times. d) Phones are permitted for educational use only and as long

as they don’t distract or disturb others e) Be responsible for your own belongings. f) Stay in your hotel room – no room hopping and cruising the

halls. g) Listen and follow directions at all times. h) Respect others at all times. Intimidation or harassment –

will not be tolerated. Use appropriate language and manners.

i) Smoking cigaretes and drinking alcohol are prohibited. j) No gum is allowed (especially in Singapore) k) No yelling and/or screaming. l) No running around (for safety reasons). m) No drink and food on public transportations n) No littering, and always pick up trash spotted


o) Students are not allowed to possess firearms of any type; violators will be dismissed from the trip. p) The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden; this includes recreational drugs. Anyone caught using drugs will be dismissed from the trip. q) Fireworks are not permitted during trip. r) No means NO! There is no exception s) Take shower everyday! We are serious about this!!

a) You should never be walking alone even though you are very familiar with the area.

b) If you are lost, do not wander looking for the group: that will just make the situation worse. Just stay where you are! Wait for teachers to pick you up. c) Heat stroke is a serious life-threatening condition. Students need to always drink not less than 2 litres of water each day. d) Sun poisoning occurs all too often, particularly on fair- skinned people. Stay covered with clothing and sun block during the trip. You are also suggested to wear a hat.


Consequences for not following the rules will be determined by the school administration and may include any of the following:

a) Meeting with teachers (during trip) & with principal (after trip) b) Phone call to parents and/or letter sent home. c) Detention & suspension (during and after trip). d) Dismised from the trip e) Report of law enforcement agency. f) Repair or replacement of damage. g) Expulsion – prohibit an enrolled student from attending

school.
