BLACK MAGIC CUPCAKES

Dress up a classic holiday treat with festive die cut cupcake toppers!


HOW TO:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 12-cup cupcake pans.

2. Stir together cake mix, pudding, sour cream, oil, water and eggs in large bowl. Add in chocolate chips last.

3. Pour into cupcake liners 1/2 full if you want flat tops, 2/3 full for rounded tops.

4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes for round pans or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

5. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans to wire cooling racks.

6. Cool completely, and frost as desired!

Black Magic Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 dark chocolate or devil’s food cake mix

- 1 small package of instant chocolate pudding

- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup oil

- 1/2 cup warm water

- 4 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (mini semi-sweet

morsels work best)

TIP: To create this mini witch hat, simply die cut two Nesting Circles, cut a slit through the radius of one circle, and shape it as a cone. Then attach the circle and cone together, and you have an adorable mini hat! Dress up with ribbon and a glittery Spider Die Cut for added flair.
