Guests at a masquerade ball typically wear a mask to disguise themselves from the other guests. They remain anonymous for a good portion of the ball before revealing

themselves. Because a mask is a key component to a masquerade ball, you need one for our scene. You can decorate your masks with glitter or feathers to make it lavish or keep the mask simple by using fewer ornate decorations! You will wear your mask during the

performance! Most importantly, make a mask with your character in mind and be prepared to explain why you made it the way you did (colors, material, decor). What does

your mask express about your character? Ex. Tybalt mask­red, yellow, and orange to resemble fire & express how hot­tempered he is.
