Colin works on the principle that every client should be delighted with Kingston’s performance and is proud to lead a team of people who stand apart from the ‘norm’.
Colin is responsible for delivering the strategic direction and vision for Kingston.
When it comes to construction projects, Simon has priced, managed and built it. From his hands on practical experience as a tradesman, Simon moved into estimating and project management roles with major builders before joining Kingston. His building expertise allows him to look at projects from every angle.
Simon’s knowledge and professionalism as builder, estimator and manager along
with a can-do approach, provides innovative solutions to budgetary and engineering challenges. When an architect’s plans for a prestigious apartment block did not fit the budget, Simon devised a simple alternative. For Kingston’s new head office he made ingenious use of recycled materials.
For clients this means dedication to budget and value-added ideas for a superior end result. Strong in all facets of construction, Simon’s key role is in the initial scoping, feasibility and costing of projects, where
he provides valuable input into the planning stage and then actively liaises with consultants, clients and sub-contractors to ensure smooth construction programming and project management.
Passionate about quality and craftsmanship, Simon strives for 100% client satisfaction for every project and plays a pivotal role in a hardworking team where people are aligned in their core values. Clients can be confident that Kingston’s approach will achieve their vision.
