Central Railway Construction Organisation

• Central Railway- Construction Organisation has been awarded IBCTrophy 2013 for New Administrative Building for IRICEN Pune.

• IRICEN Building got LEED Platinum Rating from IGBC with 61 creditpoints, highest ever for any Green Building in Maharashtra.

2Godhani – Kalumna : The Rail level Goods Platform at Godhani,NGP Division, has been completed and commissioned. This willhelp in handling full length Rake at Godhani.

3 Nasik: One vacant old Residential Type-II building has beenremodeling & renovated as New Supervisor hostel building with 8Rooms as part of sanctioned work of proposed SupervisorsTraining Center at IRIEEN Nasik.

4 In Thane Yard Remodeling, extension of Platform No 5&6 by 210Mtrs with COP has been completed. This has avoided double haltof Mail/ Exp Trains.

5 Warora ROB has been completed and commissioned.LC has been closed.

6 Kalyan ROB in lieu of level crossing No.1/A, between Kalyan-Vithalwadi station in Kalyan- Lonavala section is commissionedfor Road traffic. LC has been closed.

7 Construction of 2 Lane ROB at Outer Ring road at Kn 821/17-21in lieu of LC No 117 on Wardha Nagpur has been completed andcommissioned. LC has been closed. The work was done ondeposit term.

8 Construction of ROB at km 57/16-58/1 in lieu of L-xing No.47/B in KYN-IGP Sec. – (Railway portion) has been completed

9 G+12 stories of 24 units type V Special quarters at NirmalPark, Byculla has been completed.

10 Amravati-New Platform has been completed and connected byyard remodeling. With this, additional entry to Amravati stationform west side has been started.

11 On Trans Harbour Thane-VashiSection, the work of extensionof platforms with cover overplatform for 12 car rakes hasbeen completed at

13 On Pune Division, One Residential building of G+3 story of 16units type-II qtrs. have been completed at Tadiwala Road atPune.

14 Nasik- Administrative Building of RPF training center having620 sq. mtrs on 2nd floor of existing building is completed.

15 New PRS building of 260 sq.mts. having 6 booking counters andsurrounded by circulating area is completed at Amravati station.

16 On Mumbai Division, On foot over bridge of width 3.66 mtr.connecting platform No1 to new platform has been completedat Pen station.

17 On Mumbai Division, Extension of Heavy Repair Shed, LightRepair Shed, and Inspection shed over line No. 4 to 8 by 60mtrs each , and new running room of 12 beds in Sanpadacarshed have been completed

18 Thakurli- Developed RPSF Parade Ground at size 125mtrs x90mtrs, saluting stage of 6mtrs x 4mtrs x 1.2mtrs height withsurface drainage arrangement has been completed. Republic Dayfunction and Parade was organized in new ground.

19 The work of patients relatives Rest house at Byculla was sanctionedin 2007-08 at a cost of Rs.4.32 crs. as G+7 story building. In thefirst stage ground floor consisting of Ladies and Gents dormitory of20 beds has been completed and inaugurated by GM on26.01.2014.

1 Kasara RRI – commissioned on 28.4.2013

2 Amla-Parasia-Replacement of signaling equipment by route settingtype control panel (8 stations) & colour light signaling (14 levelcrossing gates)- Bordhai panal interlocking commissioned on15.04.2013

3 Nagpur Division- The RRI works has been completed andcommissioned on 30.11.2013 at Naegaon on Amla-Parasia section.

4 Pandharpur (PVR) Yard panel interlocking and up gradation to std IIinterlocking has been completed and commissioned. Platform No.1 hasbeen extended by 150 mtr and One passenger loop line of 440 mtrlength have been commissioned.
