According to the various sources, the water in Raja Ampat is one of the best water around the world for diving sites. In fact, it may also be recognized as number one for the completeness of underwater flora and fauna at this time. Approximately 450 species of coral had been identified during the two weeks of research around the area because of its location.

Aidil Putra who is often called Aidil, graduated from University of Gunadarma

in 2000 majoring in Computer Engineering. Aidil began his tenure at Biznet in 2006 and joined Customer Care team. At that time Aidil was assigned to receive incoming phone, mail andlive chat and solve problems for both existing and potential. Supported by educational background he had in college, it has been very helpful for Aidil to explore more about his work.

Thanks to his persistence, starting on 1 January 2010, Aidil was promoted to become Premiere Care Supervisor. With higher responsibilities, he is now in charge in Premiere Care Division to deal with customers who subscribe Biznet

The scope of work as a Premiere Care Supervisor starts from operation plan, including the shift scheduling for the whole team to monitor during 24x7, to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) monitoring, which will record all customer incidents (complaint, request or question). By using CRM, Premiere Care Team can monitor all incidents from customers and ensure all complaint, question or request can be addressed in order to achieve service excellence.

In his spare time, Aidil who has interest in music since childhood, also works in

Hasya eventually joined Biznet and became part of the Sales & Marketing Executive for Bandung Branch. Hasya was responsible to sell Biznet’s services and create Biznet Brand awareness in Bandung area.

While working as a Sales & Marketing Executive, there was a lot of challenges she was facing ups and down, “Selling is something that cannot be directly perceived by potential customer. It requires greater effort, because they must be convinced by facts, not just promises. Become a part of Biznet Marketing team was very exciting, because I was able to elaborate my creativity,” said Hasya enthusiastically.

Thanks to her hard work over the years, starting from 1 August 2011, Hasya got promoted to be Bandung Branch Supervisor. With her new position, Hasya earned the trust to boost branch revenue by creating the sales & marketing plan, supervise and give support to the entire team. Her approach to all her team is kinship. “I think when we are dealing with our colleagues, I believe kinship approach will be more acceptable to our corporate culture. With this approach, we can make communication running more effective and minimize barriers between fellow employees “.

To balance her work time and personal life, Hasya often spend her spare time

to gather with family in Jakarta. “Every weekend I have always been to Jakarta to gather with my family. They are like my stress relief after five full days I have dedicated my mind only for work”. Hasya also enjoys traveling so much, she thinks with traveling to other cities or countries, she can explore something new and different, combining with unique and exciting experiences.

Finally, Hasya expressed her hope for Biznet, “Hopefully Biznet is able to achieve one of its missions, to reduce the digital gap with other developed countries, and hopefully Biznet can continue to grow and become the leader of Fiber Optic Network Development, especially in West Java”.

Biznet set up new direct link to Japan and peer with Japan Internet Exchange (JPIX).

Biznet launches Cloud Computing service and starts Biznet Technovillage Project, a Tier 3 Data Center located in Cibubur, West Java.

Biznet deployed Biznet InterCity Network between Serang and Bandung to provide connectivity along those areas. Total distance 1000 KM.
