Casey Rodriguez

Avionics Technician at Dassault Aircraft Services - Reno

All I can say is that the TRACS scholarship has definitely helped me in my professional career. I received a scholarship last year and having the

opportunity to attend a great course with Williams International and gain valuable experience from it. I now have a job with Dassault Aircraft Services

straight out of school. Thank you for everything and I hope the program continues to help many young technicians like myself.

Cole Williams

Technician at Gulfstream Aerospace

The NBAA has been invaluable in giving me the tools to set me apart when beginning my career in aviation. The NBAA TRACS scholarships awarded

me top notch training at a critical point in my career. I was able to attend several of the NBAA maintenance conferences which allowed me to network

with accomplished business aviation professionals. All the staff and members that are involved in the NBAA gave me advice and support which

allowed me to achieve my goals in the aviation industry. I am grateful for my relationship with this organization.

James Sullivan

James Sullivan is a Product Support Technical Advisor at Williams International

As a TRACS Scholar who went on to work for an OEM and donor, I feel truly blessed by he success of this program. Many thanks to all who make

this terrific program possible! GO TRACS!

James (Jay) King

Senior Aircraft Maintenance Manager at Oshkosh Corporation

NBAA Maintenance TRACS is a remarkable opportunity which is actively shaping the future of our industry. The recipients of this outstanding

achievement go on to be the leaders of their respective segments within business aviation maintenance. I would encourage any individual seeking

career advancement to consider applying for this scholarship. Recipients who are awarded such training opportunities as TRACS are recognized for

their increased marketability and versatility when searching for employment and promotion

Reggie Mittlesdorf

Certification Engineer at Dassault Aircraft Services

When I was a student at ERAU still trying to keep up with the day to day demands of classes, it was difficult to get on the professional networking and

connection building path. Thanks to the TRACS scholarship, I not only learned so much from the award course, but more importantly also started to make

meaningful professional relationships. Thanks to Jim Huntoon's mentorship and introductions I was able to find a job with Dassault Aircraft Services, and

am thrilled to be a part of business aviation. It all started with a simple scholarship application!
