3 THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE THE PRIMARY SOURCE FOR INFORMATION REGARDINGEACH DISCIPLINE, IE: ARCHITECTURAL, CIVIL, ELECTRICAL, STRUCTURAL, ETC.
4 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL THOROUGHLY EXAMINE THE PREMISES AND BASE HIS BIDON THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ARCHITECTPROMPTLY OF ANY DISCREPANCIES IN THE FIELD CONDITIONS OR DIMENSIONSPRIOR TO SUBMITTING HIS BID.
5 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW ALL ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEER DRAWINGS &SPECIFICATIONS AND IDENTIFY ANY CONFLICTS OR DISCREPANCIES BETWEENTHEM. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ARCHIECT OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE THAT EACH SUB-CONTRACTOR HAS REVIEWEDTHE COMPLETE SET OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR IS SOLELYRESPONSIBLE FOR THE COORDINATION OF ALL TRADES AND SUBCONTRACTORWORK.
6 THE CONTRACTOR WILL BRING ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS FOUND IN THIS SET OFDRAWINGS OR THE SPECIFICATIONS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECTIMMEDIATELY.
7 ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THESPECIFICATIONS, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFYTHE ARCHITECT OF DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE DRAWINGS AND THESPECIFICATIONS PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH CONSTRUCTION.
8 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL MATERIALS ANDWORKMANSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE HEALTH AND SAFETYREQUIREMENTS, BUILDING CODES, AND ORDINANCES.
9 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL EQUIPMENT, FIXTURES, ETC.SHOWN ON THE PLAN UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
10 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS AND SAMPLES AS REQUIRED BYTHE SPECIFICATIONS.
11 CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT A SEQUENCE OF WORK FOR APPROVAL.12 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BUILDING PERMIT, INSPECTION AND
REQUIRED MATERIAL TESTS. THE OWNER SHALL PAY FOR THE INITIAL DEPOSIT FORPLAN REVIEW FEES, TDLR FEES AND 3RD PARTY INSPECTIONS AND ANY OTHERFEES REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT.
13 CONTRACTOR IS TO WORK WITHIIN THE AREA BOUNDARIES INDICATED IN THECONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. THERE IS TO BE NO DISTURBANCE TO ADJACENTAREAS DURING CONSTRUCTION AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR OR REPLACEANY DAMAGE OR INJURY AT NO COST TO THE OWNER. THE CONTRACTOR ASSUMESALL RISKS OF DAMAGE TO OR FAILURE OF THE WORK DURING CONSTRUCTION
14 CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ARCHITECT IN WRITING OF ALL CLAIMS FORADDITIONAL WORK AT THE TIME THEY ARISE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED INWRITING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF OCCURRENCE, IF NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME FRAMECLAIMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
