Year 12 students need to have
a normal life.
Compulsory• Attend School (maybe 20 – 30 hours per week)• Study at home
This should be thought of as a full time job
• Regular sleep (9 and a quarter hours per night)• Eat well• Time with friends• Time with family• Regular physical activity (organized sport or other)• Relaxation

• Paid work (no more than about 12 hours per week
