Place slide(s) in a plastic slide carrier and place a piece of tape across the lid of the container.

If you are sending paraffin blocks, place block(s) in plastic bag(s) before placing in an envelope.

Place packaged slides and blocks inside a padded envelope and seal using tape. Blocks may be placed in a container with a refrigerant gel pack for protection against melting that may occur during shipping. Wrap the slide container(s) in bubble wrap before placing it in the padded envelope.

Include all required materials and forms in the padded envelope (see website for details).Pack padded envelope in Federal Express shipping package. Ship FedEx priority one.
