Please read through this package in it’s entirely, and SAVE THIS MAILER! Enclosed you will find the following information:

forms, documents, rules, etc. will be available to you and your officers on the UT ASCE website, under the Competition 2015 Tab, http://www.ut-asce.org. Please keep visiting the website regularly to view updates on locations, times, and other logistics about the competition.

AT&T Conference Center We will be subsidizing hotel rooms at the AT&T Conference Center, and would highly encourage you and your team
to make plans to stay there. It is within walking distance of both the competition and banquet locations, and offers a
holistic overview of our beautiful campus. We have reserved rooms for your use, so be sure to mention the ASCE
Steel Bridge Competition to get the discounted rate. In addition, we have also reserved a limited number of rooms
for Saturday night, so if you and your team decide to stay in Austin for an extra night, Saturday the 17th, the AT&T
Conference Center will give you a discounted rate as well.
