Payroll Tasks:Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers, taxable wages.

Responsible for processing the Payroll Transactions and the monthly deliverables on specific timelines

Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Manage the day-to-day operations of payroll administration, time reporting, etc.

Responsible for preparing the monthly bank transfers to related employee on specific payment dates

Responding and Advising by Emails/Phone on employee Payroll inquires and Questions.

1- Handling all issues related to Mobile Allowance benefit (Discussing and Negotiating the contract with mobile provider, Adding/canceling lines and services, Explaining benefits to employees, solving any problem with the provider) - Authorized person for dealing with the mobile providers (Etisalat Egypt – Vodafone Egypt – Orange Egypt )

2- Handling all issues related to Medical insurance benefit (Discussing and Negotiating the contract with insurance provider, Adding/canceling members, following up on claims with the provider, supporting all employees with any related issue), worked with (Med Right Health) with strong experience in controlling utilization and reducing cost

3- Processing Resignation/Termination process ( Clearance check list – canceling mobile lines and medical card – coordinating with personnel for stopping social insurance and releasing “Form 6”

4- Coordinating the “Personal Loan benefit”5- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial,

indirect financial and non-financial compensations6- Coordinating with various traveling agencies for providing trips to employees7- Receiving offers from various campiness which provide special services ( premium card –

life insurance – food chains promotions and home machine promotion )
