optimum utilization of around 5000 spare parts / General Items for more than

8000 buses .

Pump, Tyres etc.] having unique Part No.

per the material consumption.

The main objective of Time Office is to manage duty allocation of Drivers

and Conductors on the basis of their performance on the available Vehicles

and Routes to obtain the optimum utilization of resources.

and DDRs/ CRPs of each Driver and Conductor.

Generation of Monthly Duty allotment, Day wise Outsheddings, Duty Slips
