Service and Other Charges: A 20% gratuity charge is added to all food and beverage charges. Applicable State and Local Sales Tax is added to all food and beverage charges including the Labor Fee, Room Rental and Equipment Rentals. Currently the state tax is 6% and the Local tax is 5%.

Payment for Offsite Events: Initial Payment of $500 is required along with signature of this contract to bind this contract. Second Deposit due 2 months before the event for 20% of estimated total. Final invoice will be presented the week of the event and payment is due the day before the event.

Food: All foods prepared, but not consumed, are the property of Magnolias at the Mill unless specified. Organization/Group is responsible for and will pay for all attendees and excess of guaranteed number.

Guarantees: Magnolias requires notification to the Banquet Manager of the exact number of guests fourteen (14) days prior to the function. This confirmed number constitutes the guarantee. Group will be billed for guaranteed number if the function is cancelled less than three (3) business days prior to the event. A 20% gratuity & 11% tax will be added.

Menu Preparation: To ensure every detail is handled in a professional manner, Magnolias requires that your menu selections and specific needs be finalized fourteen (14) days prior to your event. Special selections or menu substitutions must be approved by contract amendment.

Offsite Labor Fee: Bartenders and Servers are $200 each for an eight (8) hour period and $25 for each additional hour thereafter. Chefs are $150 each for a six (6) hour period.

Bartender: All alcohol will be served by professional bartender, who must meet the said venue standards for alcohol safety and service training.
