The Group acquires Record (paving for exteriors and street furniture)

Establishment of Magnetti Geotech. A special unit

for retaining wall systems from design to construction.

2007 The Group celebrates 200 years of entrepreneurial commitment

of the Magnetti family and an International competition is announced

for the re-qualification of the area of Cisano Bergamasco.

The Group acquires 50% of Leca Sistemi (masonry blocks).

Magnetti Building sets up a factory in Romania and one near Perugia, Italy.

The three brand divisions, Magnetti Building, Magnetti Pavimentazioni and

Magnetti Murature, define the three strategic business areas of the Magnetti Group.

Launch of the Magnetti Living line (driveways and courtyards for residential areas).

Magnetti Pavimentazioni, specialized in outdoor concrete paving, offers

innovative solutions to design and renew urban, residential, commercial and

industrial areas. A wide range of interlocking blocks, designed to suit the

intended use, tiles for pedestrian paths, kerbs, fundamental elements of

The Magnetti Group is consolidating its leadership.

Company established to developing, also in partnership, commercial, industrial

and service industry projects in locations with high real estate value. Magnetti

aims to develop advanced technical and architectural real estate

development projects, with a complete service which includes land search

building permits, the planning, construction and sale of high-quality industrial
