we have a variety of rooms to accommodate intimate gatherings and larger celebrations for up to 90 people.

Outside, the stunning grounds make a beautiful setting for your photographs. While you capture themoment, we’ll host your drinks reception and keep the conversation flowing with tall Pimms, classic KirRoyales and decadent Bellinis as your guests enjoy a string quartet – or a steelband.




Gorse Hill is all about exceptional produce, farm-fresh ingredients and flexible options. For your wedding breakfast enjoy pot roasted breast of chicken with champ potato, wild mushroom, garlic & sweet sherry cream and a lemon crème brulee with a ball of raspberry sorbet, or tuck into a rosemary & garlic roasted rump of lamb on roasted red onions, olives, confit tomatoes & sauté potatoes with sauce vierge. Finish with a tart au citron, vanilla cheesecake or sumptuous profiteroles.

Our head chef is looking forward to meeting with you to talk through your ideas and explain the best seasonal produce. No meal would be complete without excellent wines and Champagne and we offer some of the finest vintages from French chateaux, as well as some lesser-known gems from around the world.

Then as the stars come out, we can help boost the energy levels with a wide selection of fine cheeses or, for something out of the ordinary, delicious bacon baps.

Whilst we only have one wedding at the venue a day, our venue is open for other guests who wish to use our attractive venue and grounds. If you would like your special day to be a private affair for your wedding party we have two amazing exclusive options for you..... MANSION HOUSE EXCLUSIVE For something extra special, why not consider exclusive use of our Mansion house facilities; including restaurant, bar, lounge and boardroom, available at £1000.00. The 21 Mansion house bedrooms will only be available to your guests with a minimum of 19 bedrooms to be guaranteed by your wedding party. WHOLE VENUE EXCLUSIVE For a completley secluded setting why not indulge with exclusive use of the whole venue and grounds, available at £2000.00. Our stunning venue will be private to you and your wedding party from 12:00pm on the day right through until 11:00am the next day, where you can relive the memories from your wonderful day. For this experience we require 35 bedrooms to be guaranteed by your wedding party. *Available Saturdays and Sundays, Fridays are upon request Bedrooms not taken a supplement will apply. Reception is not exclusive in the Mansion house experience.

After 2 1/4 miles turn right at the Mayford roundabout turn right onto the B380 towards Pirbright & Aldershot (Smarts Heath road). After 1/4 mile turn right onto Saunders lane & follow the road for 1 mile before turning right onto Hook Heath Road. Gorse Hill is a 1/4 mile on the left. From the M3 - Exit at junction 3 & follow the A322 towards Guildford. Remain on the A322 for 5 miles through Bisley & Knaphill. Continuing past a large Sainsburys on the left, go straight on at the next set of traffic lights, proceed under the railway bridge & after the West Hill golf club take the first left, Heath House road. Continue to the crossroads, go straight over onto Saunders lane & take the first left, Hook Heath road. Gorse Hill is a 1/4 mile on the left. From Guildford (A3) - Follow the A320 towards Woking for 3 1/2 miles & at the Mayford roundabout turn left onto the B380 in the direction of Pirbright & Aldershot (Smart Heath road) After 1/4 mile turn right onto Saunders lane & follow the road for 1 mile before turning right into Hook Heath road.
