Otherwise, tram routes 70, 75 and the City Circle (Stop D5) take you to Flinders Street. From there, it’s just a short walk up Clarendon Street unl you reach us. Once you exit the staon, you can catch the 96, 109 or 12 tram routes and arrive at MCEC in just a few stops. BY CAR: If you’re being dropped off at the Exhibition Centre, our Clarendon Street entrance is the closest entrance. If you’re getting a lift to the Convention Centre, the entrance near DFO is the closest drop off point. If you’re driving in, our Exhibition Centre car park can be accessed via Normanby Road. BY BUS: From Monday to Friday, bus route 237 goes via Southern Cross Station to Lorimer Street, which is roughly a five-minute walk to MCEC. For bus timetables or further trip planning, use Public Transport Victoria’s Journey Planner.BY TAXI OR UBER: If you’re heading to the Exhibition Centre, ask your taxi or Uber driver to drop you off at MCEC’s Clarendon Street entrance. If you’re going to the Convention Centre, ask your driver to drop you off at Convention Centre Place, next to Pan Pacific Melbourne and DFO South Warf. We have two nearby taxi ranks – Crown, Clarendon Street and DFO, Convention Centre Place.

Parking Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre has a car park located within the Exhibition Centre. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around South Wharf including, South Wharf Retail Car Park, Siddeley Street Carpark, Freeway Carpark and Montague Street Carpark.MCEC ParkingOpening hours: 24/7 hours.Enter/Exit: Normanby Road Clearance.Please note that the car park can reach capacity early in the day during busy events.Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel and parking.

Frank Casarotti, General Manager - DistributionMaster of ceremoniesFrank Casarotti joined Magellan in March 2007. Prior to Magellan, Frank held a senior distribution management role at Colonial First State (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank), one of Australia’s largest and most successful investment and platform administration companies. Frank began his career at Australian Eagle Insurance Group in 1979, later joining Colonial First State (then known as First State Fund Managers) as its Queensland State Manager in 1992 and relocating to Sydney to take up the role of Head of Adviser Distribution in 2001.

Hamish Douglass, Chairman and Chief Investment OfficerPresenterHamish Douglass is Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Magellan Financial Group, and Lead Portfolio Manager of Magellan’s Global Equity strategies.

He is a former member of the Australian Government’s Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), the Australian Government’s Financial Literacy Board, former Acting President of the Australian Government’s Takeovers Panel and former Co-Head of Global Banking at Deutsche Bank, Australasia. Hamish is a Director of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute.
