Dear all,

It is my immense pleasure to express warm wishes to the Inner Wheel

Club of Bagmati on this very blissful occasion of the first Installation

Ceremony. I would like to thank all the supporting hands in making the

Charter Year a successful one. I take this opportunity to thank the mem-

bers of Rotary Club of Bagmati, all Rotracts and inner wheel members

of Nepal for guiding our successful and inspirational work throughout the

year.

The charter year has been very memorable and special for me as I have

had a wonderful experience serving as the president of this club. I feel

proud to be a part of this club where all the members work on the

philosophy of fellowship, integrity and service. The Inner Wheel club of

Bagmati has received high laurels in a very short duration of time, and I

hope we continue in this spirit.

'Commit with conviction, compassion, consistency is the theme for this

year given by our IIW President, Pallavi Shah. It is true that everyone

must work with sincerity, show kindness and maintain positive spirit in

whatever task we undertake. Let us commit to serve the people to bring

a ray of hope and relief to all humanity through the work we do.

I would also like to welcome and congratulate the new members to our

Inner wheel family. More members mean more working hands and more

creative ideas to propel Inner Wheel forward. Our priority project; The

Education of girl child was very successful and delivered real change

to young girls' lives this year. I am excited about taking this campaign

forward to empower and educate young girls who are the future of our

society.

Lastly, I would like to congratulate all the Inner Wheel members for your

hard work and dedication, which has made this year immense success.

Let us now work hand in hand to realise our vision of a fairer and en-

sure this year is even more successful.

Message from International Inner Wheel President

My friends in Inner Wheel,

WELCOME to the Inner Wheel world. You are about to go through an

amazing journey involving 98,173 members spread over 103 countries in

168 Districts with 3691Clubs.

The Objectives that bind us together are Friendship & Service. Each Inner

Wheel Club is like a pearl, which is sewn together by International Inner

Wheel into a beautiful pearl necklace which is Inner Wheel.

I am sure in this website you will enjoy the glimpses of the services ren-

dered for the cause of humanity, the varied concepts & ideas in different

parts of the globe & the fun times in friendship shared by all. ENJOY the

journey.

On a clear day, many boats sail in the lake in different directions. The

wind blows only in one direction, then how come all the boats are going

in different directions? It depends on the way the sail is set and that

decision is made by the sailor. The same is true of our lives, we can

make the choice of direction in which we want to go. You could be after

material pursuits, but you have made a choice of being a member of a

service organization. Instead of locking yourself in comfort zone of serv-

ing your own self; you have chosen to be unselfish & work for the less

privileged. Do advance confidently in the direction you have chosen. May

the inner fire within you kindle the light that brightens your path. Let us

carry on the rich heritage of visionary work of our leaders that we have

inherited.

I thank all friends for giving me this opportunity to serve the borderless

world of Inner Wheel.
