MAG UK Ltd Tribunal Judgment

DESCRIPTION

This is the judgement of an Employment Tribunal, in a case brought by three former members of staff of MAG UK, against the long time riders rights' organisation, claiming constructive dismissal (in layman's terms, claiming that they were illegally bullied out of their jobs). The judgement speaks for itself, and really needs to be read!
