aluminum runners reduce table weight and further add to safety and

handling efficiency. A clear acrylic coating seals top and bottom surfaces to

prevent warping, splintering and damage to linens.

STORAGE

ABS runner caps with integrated stack button to prevent sliding and scuffing of stacked tables. Madera tables are compatible with all MityLite standard table carts. Stack densities are between 2.3”– 3” [5.8–7.6cm].

TABLETOP

Made from 5/8” [1.6cm] furniture-grade plywood which is completely sealed on top and bottom with a clear acrylic coating. Made for indoor use only.

UNDER SURFACE

Undersurface is sealed with an acrylic clear coat to help prevent warping, cracking & splinters. Easy-Grip U-channel aluminum runners minimize weight while adding strength and rigidity.

LEGS

Legs are constructed from 16 gauge powder coated steel and are welded to the cross and top bars. Legs fold and lock with a gravity-operated steel ring. Folding mechanism consists of two Z-bars and a steel U-channel. Non-marring polypropylene glides provide floor protection.

MADERA™ PLYWOODROUND & SPECIALTY TABLES

EDGE

UltraEdge® is made from an extremely durable impact-resistant polymer and is permanently bonded to the perimeter of the table. A smooth radius corner along the top and bottom of the edge and the absence of sharp attachment hardware provide safe handling and improved linen protection compared to metal edge plywood tables.

LEG MOUNTING Steel leg brackets are bolted, metal-to-metal, into steel T-nut fastener within the tabletop to prevent leg pullout. Tested to withstand 15 years of daily use.

WARRANTYMityLite warrants Madera™ Plywood Tables to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and handling for three (3) years from the date of purchase. A label attached to the underside of the table states the manufacturers name, address, phone number, standard warranty and exclusions
