This portfolio is a selection my work, created during my third and fourth years in the undergraduate architecture program at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Air Rights Architecture

This mixed use air rights project incorportates residential units and a fitness center , located in Lincoln, Nebraska within the Historic Haymarket.

Potash Visitor Center

This visitor center is located in Antioch, Nebraska at the site of the potash manufacturing ruins left over from the bo om of the potash industry during World War One.

Agribusiness Research Center

Located on Innovation Campus in Lincoln, Nebraska, this agribusiness center houses both exhibition space and a research lab.

This urban agribusiness research center is located in Lincoln, Nebraska, on UNL ’ s Innovation Campus. The program contains 10, 080 square feet for an exhibition space and 5, 050 square feet for a research center and lab.

The design intent is to overlap programmatic volumes. At these junctions, a void is created that allows light to enter the space.

This rural Potash Visitor Center is located in Antioch , Nebraska. This project incorporates a 8,500 square fo ot podium and a 1 , 300 square fo ot tower.

This research center is designed with key elements from the vernacular architecture of rural Nebraksa. It is intended to create an experience for the visitor while minimally disturbing the site.

Potash manufacturing in Nebraska transformed unpopulated, pastoral land into scarred landscapes marked by newfound industry. City populations exploded as the lucrative potash industry was born after the start of World War One.

The focus of this project is to design the Potash Visitor Center , as well as an agribusiness research center , at the potash manufacturing ruins of Antioch, Nebraska.

This mixed use air rights project is 75% residential and 25% fitness center. It is located in Lincoln, Nebraska within the Historic Haymarket.

This project focuses on creating both interior and exterior gathering spaces. Through air rights, this project aims to enhnace the connectivity that already exists within the Haymarket.project partner: Ethan Griger

This air rights project is located on the Historic Lincoln Train Station site within the Haymarket in Lincoln, Nebraska. This project aims to densify the urban environment and build upon the active Haymarket.

The thesis statement that drove the design of this project is as follows::The Historic Haymarket is a place for

people to gather and connect. Air Rights allows for increased

gathering spaces and densifies urban

environments, with the potential for building

connectivity.
