Spec it your way.

Van trailer. Dairy. Construction. The Mack® Vision™ DayCab can be

spec’d to handle any of these applications and more. This axle-back

vehicle gives you the flexibility to choose from Mack or supplier

axles, transmissions or suspensions. For highway applications,

the Vision DayCab can be spec’d with a lightweight MaxAir™

suspension, 12,000-lb. front and 40,000-lb. rear axles. For

flatbed, dump trailer and heavy bulk hauling, you have a choice of

two frames, inside channel reinforcement and 14,600-lb. front and

40,000-lb. rear axles with Mack suspensions and transmissions.

Keeping it light.

Using a combination of advanced materials and smart engineering,

Mack created one of the lightest day cabs in trucking. The fairings

are made from lightweight composite materials. The 113-inch

bumper-to-back-of-cab reduces weight while giving drivers better

maneuverability.

The Vision daycab provides unmatched forward visibility thanks to

a sleek, sloping hood. Specially designed doors provide excellent

side visibility, and a large peep window helps with parking or

maneuvering through traffic and tight spaces. An aerodynamic

design slices the wind for better fuel economy.

sleek, modern layout with a generous amount of leg and belly

room. The dash is ergonomically designed so all controls are

within easy reach. No uncomfortable stretching. Electronic gauges

have race-type, 12 o’clock needle positioning for easy reading

that helps reduce eyestrain.
