OBJECTIVESGeneral Objective

Design a machine to build sockets on composited materials

Specifics Objectives

• Design a system to hold and rotate the workipiece

• Design a resin distribution system

• Select materials according to the requirements

• Locate all the design pieces optimizing space and

function

• Conceive the possible working scenarios to integrate

the design

REQUIREMENTS• Provides a strong attachment of the positive mold

• Uniform distribution of the resin

• Allows often use

• Clean environment to applied the resin

• Affordable disposition of the fibers

• Easy placement of the positive mold and extraction of the socket

• Design that facilities the maintenance and cleaning

Aluminum (center horizontal and vertical shields, base shield, back shield, cover and distributor)

Tempered glass (lateral windows)

Stell (resin chamber and plunger)
