Working adult who working at theoffice for a long hours facing a health

problem such as back ache problem

and stressed.

Corset is one kind of undergarment

which has been used for a years by a

women and men as a tool to give the

appearance of a slim waist. It is alsogood for body posture for the wearer.

Bad body posture when we are sitting

can caused pressure on the lower spine

which is where back pain occurs.

Masalah sakit belakang adalah masalah yang biasa

dihadapi.dianggarkan lebih 90% akan mengalami masalah

sakit belakang sekurang-kurangnya sekali seumur hidup

Aim and Objective

The purpose of this research is to find a solution for thepeople who have back ache problem, especially for

women who working at the administration department by

wearing a corset.

In order to achieve this, I will aim to satisfy the following

objectives:

To identify a corset as a functional undergarment for

health purpose to eliminate back ache.

To examine the effectiveness of corset to help people

who suffering back ache and posture problem.

Context of study

Back ache problem is a common case where morethan 90% from all of us will face with this problemat least once in our whole life.

One of the risk factor are standing or sitting for along hours with the wrong position or posture.

To prevent it, we need to make sure our bodyposture is always in correct way especially whenwe sit for a long hours during work.

Hypothesis

Wearing corset will reduce back ache

problem and at the same time it can be

Limitation and Dilimitation

Limitation

Due to time consuming, I am going to do a research for

working adult mainly women who working at office at

Klang Valley area.

DelimitationThis research is confined to the study on corset as a tool

to help people who suffering back ache and also to

create an awareness to a women who working for a long

hour to maintain their body posture. There will be no in

depth research involved in medical field especially inorthopedic
