1. IDEAS AND PURPOSES
All existing membership services could not go beyond the local areas. M2O, however, integrates existing mileage and point markets based on building a decentralized membership, and builds global membership services with new content and services.
1-1. Problems in Existing Markets
It has been hard for the local membership service to advance to the global membership service due to the limitations in services and benefits.
The range of using point/mileage has been limited so far, so there has been a limit in satisfying customers.
Points/mileages will expire if not used because there is the deadlines for them by company.
The existing point/mileage storage method has vulnerability in security and there is a risk of forgery and alteration
Companies from many different countries want to introduce mileage loyalty programs, but they feel a huge burden in introduction fee and management.
1-2. Opportunity of Blockchain
The M2O platform grafts the blockchain technology to the point/mile market worth KRW 2 quadrillion to drastically relieve the shortcomings of the platforms and to dramatically expand market share within a short period of time.

2-1. Business Model and Marketability
On the M2O platform, when the hidden mileages and points are converted to M2O PAY, conversion fee revenue is generated.
Sale revenue occurs by making M2O PAY to be used as cash in its own shopping malls and affiliated services. (At this time, affiliated stores and services will be settled in cash.)
For the companies that do not have mileage promotions, you may create revenue through mileage introduction consulting. The generated mileage will be converted back to M2O PAY and profit will be generated again.
