Demonstration Tips

● Setup the Owl and start the demo after people are seated.● Have everyone introduce themselves: We recommend criss-crossing across

the table because that shows off the attention system by necessitating more slide-in animation.

● Avoid having people run-around the room calling out “Owl look over here.” This behavior isn’t typical in meeting rooms and as a result the attention system will be a touch slower to respond.

● Walk up to the front of the room and start talking. This helps point out that Owl captures front-of-room presenters unlike traditional systems.

● Skype for Business platform users will need to select S4B in the app.

Feedback from the Field

We find that Zoom Room and Chromebox for meeting users love the Meeting Owl experience.

Companies that have purchased a PC for their meeting room love the Meeting Owl because of its ease of use.

Live demos have been the most successful method of selling Owls. Bring two to your demo because you’ll likely sell one by the time the meeting ends.

Note that each time we have an automatic software update, you will be notified. We find that this is a great time to check-in with the customer to let them know an update is coming and to ask what else they might need.
