Executive SessionPurpose: To discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, ordismissalof specific employees; legalcounsel, the selection of a person to alla vacancy on the schoolboard, student disciplinary cases, and collective negotiating matters.
The motion was made by Mrs. Platt and seconded by Mr. Parisi to convene to Executive Session at6:09 p.m.

Report #1403Approval of the Bond Resolution
Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed$4,000,000 GeneralObligation Limited School
Bonds, Series 2018, of Community Unit School District Number 401, Cook County, Illinois, for the
purpose of altering and reconstructing school buildings and purchasing and installing equipment
therein for fire prevention and safety, energy conservation and school security purposes, providing for
the levy of a direct annualtax to pay the principaland interest on said bonds, and authorizing the saleof said bonds to the purchaser thereof.
The motion was made by Mrs. Capraro and seconded by Mr. Parisito approve the Resolution providingfor the issue of not to exceed$4,000,000 GeneralObligation Limited SchooIBonds, Series 2018authorizing the sale of said bonds.
