From Jesus’ words to us in the Gospel down to the teaching of modern popes, the People of God have had a mission—to cooperate in the bringing about the Kingdom of God. This workshop will attempt three things:

1) To aid participants in understanding that they are called by Baptism to be missionaries who evangelize by word and action;

2) To acquaint participants with a digest of the Church’s teaching on social justice; and 3) To assist participants in understanding how our history as the People of God impels us

to live in our lives the Gospel call to evangelize for a just world.

How do we nourish missionary disciples at home? This session will offer practical ideas for parents in the home.
