Student Feedback Mechanism On Institutional Governance /Faculty Performance

1. Suggestion box is kept for students’ feedback, and necessary action is taken as per

requirements.

2. Students are asked to fill up feedback forms for individual faculty members and subjects.

The analysis of the feedback forms is discussed by the Director / Head of the Department

with the individual faculty members. Suggestions are given to the faculty members to

improve their performance if required.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:-

For students: Mentorship concept is introduced in the institute. Guardian faculty members are

appointed for every 15 students who take care of their academic and non academic problems

and development.

For Faculty and Staff : Local Management Committee meetings are conducted where all

categories of staff are represented by the representative staff members.

Staff meetings are conducted at regular interval and all the staff members have an open access

to the Director and / or Head of the Department.
