From North/South (Exit 282 off I-75): Drive East on M-32 and continue to the second stoplight. Turn North (left) and continue to North Street and Otsego Memorial Hospital.

From the East/West (M-32): Drive on M-32 to reach Gaylord. At the Center Ave. stoplight (toward the East side of town) turn North and continue to North Street and Otsego Memorial Hospital.

From North/South (Exit 279 off I-75): Drive north on S. Otsego (Old 27) until reaching the stoplight at McCoy Road (mBank on corner). Turn East. Walden Drive is to the first drive to the North (MedCare Walk-In Clinic). Professional Drive is East of Walden Drive (OMH N’Orthopedics).

From East/West (M-32): Drive to the light at S. Otsego. Turn South onto Otsego, and continue to the third stop light, at McCoy Rd (mBank on corner). Turn East. Walden Drive is to the first drive to the North (MedCare Walk-In Clinic). Professional Drive is East of Walden Drive (OMH N’Orthopedics).

From North/South (Exit 282 off I-75): Drive East on M-32 and continue through downtown. Follow M-32 East for approximately 9.7 miles. Head South on County Road 491. Turn West on CR-612, (Salling Avenue). Turn North on to Bourn Street.

From West (M-32): Drive East on M-32 and continue through downtown Gaylord. Follow M-32 East for approximately 5.9 miles. Head South on County Road 491 Turn West on CR-612, (Salling Avenue). Turn North on to Bourn Street.

From North/South (Exit 310 off I-75): Left onto M-68. At light of M-68 intersection and old US 27, turn right (north) onto old US 27, Straits Highway. Travel about 1/2 mile north into downtown Indian River. 3696 S. Straits Highway on the left (west side of road).

From East (M-32): Drive west on M-32 and continue through downtown Gaylord. Travel until you reach the intersection of M-32 and US-131. The clinic is located on the right side.

From North/South (Exit 279 off I-75): Drive North on S. Otsego (Old 27) until reaching Main Street (M-32). Turn East on Main Street and continue through the downtown. Drive past the Otsego Club and Wilkinson Road and look for the bp gas station, on the North side of the road. We are located next to it. The sign reads, “Gaylord Family Practice,” above and “Otsego Memorial Hospital Specialty Center” below.

From the East/West: Drive East on M-32 and continue through the downtown Gaylord. Drive past the Otsego Club and Wilkinson Road and look for the bp gas station. Patients wishing to discuss a bill or make a payment may visit the Hospital Patient Financial Services or Physician Patient Financial Services offices in the Hazel Shipp Building located on the campus of Otsego Memorial Hospital, or call (989) 731-7777.

Bill payments are also accepted at the Hospital Information Desk in the Main Lobby of Otsego Memorial Hospital from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, or by placing the payment in the drop-box located on the exterior of the Hazel Shipp Building. NO CASH PAYMENTS in the drop-box.
