The new Dishwashers with pull-through rack are the result of careful researches and of a con-siderable engagement of means and human resources.Always careful about hygie-

nic and safety performances and about design, Lamber offers washing solutions for big quanti-ties of dishes with more and more reduced operating charges.The new range of dishwashers with pull-through rack “Linea M” tries to combine performances and easy utilization. These machi-nes put out 70 to 160 baskets per hour, have one only pull-through speed and low energy consump-tion, thereby allowing You to rea-lize professional washing systems by low prices.

•The new concept WASHING ARMS WITH BALANCED JET allow to uniformly distribute the pressure of water on the dishes, ensuring therefore effective washing results.

• Forward feeding system with a double central bar open at the washing jets passage.

• The flow regulator allows to gauge the washing strength intensity. This can be useful in particular for the glasses washing, in which is necessary to de-crease the washing jet intensity.This device is placed inside the pre-washing and washing zones of the dishwashers with pull-through rack, by the lower washing arms.

•The drain valve allows to automatically empty the tanks simply by pressing a button. So the daily cleaning at the end of the washing operations is made easier.

•The drawn wash-ing tanks with roun-ded edges gua-rantee the highest hygiene and avoid the deposit of the dirt. The stainless steel pump suction filter is easily ex-tractable.

The advantages of the electronic controls al-low a constant monitoring of the different washing phases and, by the information di-splay, it’s possible to visualize all the informa-tion in a more immediate and complete way.The SERVICE function allows to program the maintenance interventions that have to be done on the machine, according to the kind of use. This allows to keep always efficient the dishwasher, by avoiding working interrup-tions due to a short maintenance. The avai-lable control parameters are the followings : CALL SERVICE: it allows to fix after how many

hours of utilization the dishwasher’s maintenan-ce has to be done. The parameter can be regu-lated from 0 to 2500 hours. STOP MACHINE (YES-NOT): This parameter allows to stop the machine after 50 hours of working since the flashing word ‘’CALL SERVICE’’ appeared on the display. The maintenance of the machine so must be done. COMPLETE FUNCTIONING: this parameter records the total working hours of the machine from the moment it has been installed. PARTIAL FUNCTIONING: this para-meter allows to record the working hours since the last carried out maintenance.

•The double rinsing system, provided as standard on the mo-dels M130-M180-M180 A allows to reduce wa-ter, detergent and rin-se aid consumption. The rinsing water is recovered and used to carry out a pre-rinsing.

Electronic control panel•The pre-washing zone provides a wide surface in order to collect the dirt and constantly guaran-tees the best hygie-nic conditions of the washing water.

•The washing zone is equipped with powerful upper and lower washing jets, that guarantee a con-siderable efficacy in dirt removal.

SERIE

• The electronic control panel, with a new design, assure a simple and immediate employment of the machine functions. The electronic display punctually informs with precision about washing operations. It’s lo-cated in the upper part of the machine, so it can be easily inspected. 4 different PCB boards govern the temperatures display, the control panel and the machine’s opera-ting functions. This allows to have reduced costs for maintenance and intervention on the machine.

M 180A - CVM - ASM

• The remarkable de-crease of noise pol-lution and thermal dissipation is achie-ved thanks to the employment of dou-ble sound absorbing walls with a thickness of 15mm, provided as standard on all the models.

•The rounded handles are directly built into the door, reducing this way dirt deposits.

•The inspection door,equipped withcounterweight sy-stemand steel ro-pes, allows an easy access into the ma-chine.

•HEATPUMPThe system exploits the heat producedin the cooling cycle, which allows toconstantly regenerate energy from the hotair produced in themachine, to preheat the rinsing water.This device allowsto feed the machine with cold water, soas to save a lot ofenergy ( up to 15,5 kW with the basic model, up to 30 kW withsuperior models).

HEAT RECOVERER TOBECOUPLEDWITH STEAM CONDENSERThis system allowsto feed the machine with cold water.An electric fanconveys the hot air of the drying and the steams coming from the tanks to an heat exchanger that warms the cold feedingwater up to reach appro 35÷40°.
