Lynne Greene, Group President, The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., has 30 years of experience in the

beauty industry, including over 25 years at The Estée Lauder Companies. Ms. Greene oversees all global

aspects of six iconic brands. Her portfolio includes Clinique, Origins, Ojon, Aveda, Darphin and the

Men’s Skincare Group

Ms. Greene is a board member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), the leading organization for

women in the beauty industry. She is also a board member of Mercy College and the Deming Cup

Council at Columbia University in New York. She most recently received an honorary doctorate degree

from LIU Post in Brookville, New York. She also serves on an advisory council to the Chancellor of The

University of Missouri.

Ms. Greene’s devotion to the development of talent is exhibited through her professional achievements as

well as her board affiliations and volunteer work. She is especially interested in mentoring young

professionals who exhibit future possibilities in the world of business.
