I am currently enrolled as First Year BSOA student of your school.

Please excuse my non-wearing of the Official School Uniform from today and in the next schooldays (Saturdays & Sundays) of this semester, as the same was among the clothings lost in our clothesline due to thievery few weeks ago. And to consider further that the semester is about to end, and I am still undecided to pursue my studies the next semester due to financial reason. I have yet to arrange with my employer with regards to my studies, considering that I am only a working student.
