• LPU L has various listening methods such asCollege orientation, quarterly dialogue, annualconsultation, class advising, faculty evaluation,evaluation of support services, groupguidance, office evaluation and evaluation ofactivities.

• LPU L attracts its present andpotential customers through tri-media advertisements, socialmedia and regular publication ofthe Voyage which is the officialstudent publication.

• Additionally, LPU L has variousstudent services programs tobuild customer relationships suchas campus tour, collegeorientation, scholarship, jobplacement services and alumniboard general meetings.

• LPU L has a systematic approach in selecting andcollecting data and information relative to dailyoperations and overall organizational performancethrough mechanisms such as CSM surveys,interviews, consultative meetings , and mid-year andannual performance reviews. The accuracy, integrity,reliability, timeliness and safety of data are ensuredthrough various mechanisms such as regular updateof anti-virus software, use of firewall software, use ofbackup servers and external data storage device anddocument control processes.

The IIP framework shows the alignment of goals, leadership, people empowerment, recognition and rewards, management effectiveness, performance measurement, learning development towards continuous improvement.

IIP helps LPU L to become an effective and supportive workforce environment and to foster our organizational culture characterized by openness.
