Exercise 3-1, page 3-11 :
In the T esting section, step 1, if your browser does not allow
redirects, enter the following path c:\Program
Files\NationalInstruments\LabVIEW 8.0\readme\readme.html.
Exercise 3-2, page 3-12 :
The Generate VI Statistics HTML.VI in VI Statistics Report.vi
has a bad linkage to the subVIs. To resolve the issue, open
theBlock Diagram for non-functioning Generate VI Statistics HTML.vi
and right-click on each of the grayed-out subVIs (NewReport.vi,
Append Text.vi, and Dispose Report.vi) and select Relink subVI .
The top level VI will now be operational.
Exercise 3-5, page 3-43 :
Figure 3-20 is incorrect. The Compound Arithmetic function
should be set to AND, as described on page 3-44. The correctfigure
is as follows:
