Choosing the right bed sheets can be the difference between a hot sweaty night and a cool evening where you wake feeling fresh as a daisy. Look for natural fabrics, as these absorb moisture and are more breathable. Those made from 100-percent cotton is a good starting place, while polyester blends are less prone to wrinkling but may feel stiff. Foam, down, feathers, microfibre… any-thing goes in the pillow world, but it’s ultimately down to personal preference. Memory foam and latex offer more sup-port – latex is typically firmer and hypoal-lergenic, while memory foam adjusts to your head shape throughout the night. Feathers and down usually result in softer pillows, but as they have more give, you can move the stuffing around to find your perfect position.
