AuthenticityThe area around Luštica Bay is blessed with a rich cultural

heritage – from its fascinating local legend to its enchanting architecture. This culture has been kept at our core, a constant

reference point for planning life in Luštica.

After two years spent studying the region’s history and drawing inspiration from its architecture, our architects were able to

incorporate key elements – such as indigenous building materials, structure and colour – into architectural design, developing the

town in phases for an authentic, organic growth process.

Both residential properties and public spaces will thus reflect our past, deeply rooted in a sense of place. This will be enhanced by

providing a lifestyle closely connected with the local community – from strengthening ties with and supporting the existing radovići town to supplying traditional prosciutto, cheeses and wines from

neighbouring family-run farms.

Accommodating boats up to 60 metres long, the area around the 120-slip marina will serve as a bustling base for sailors and land lovers alike – with tiered promenades offering access to a cosmopolitan collection of cafés, shops and restaurants. smaller vessels can also be accommodated at the charming secondary mooring area, both areas offering 24-hour security, integral boating amenities, and bordered by a collection of marina-side apartments, townhouses and villas.
