Boardwalk Meander Fun DayWomen’s Day – 9 August 2016

Lunch : Catered spit braai that will be served at 13:00Tickets for the spit braai must be bought from René in the OfficeCost – R100 – AdultChildren under 10 years – R50Children under 4 years – FreeMenu: Lamb spit, chicken, baby potatoes, Greek salad and garlic loafCatering will be done by Nyama Spit BraaiPlates, steel knives and forks, salt, pepper and serviettes will be supplied.

Tickets must be bought by 1 August as we need to confirm numbers for the caterers.

Tables : When you buy your lunch tickets reserve a table with René in the Office You then need to decorate your own table Prizes will be awarded for the best table decorated and the table with the most “gees”Tables and chairs are limited so hurry and make your booking fast! If you don’t want to book a table, at least buy a lunch ticket and come and enjoy the lunch with us on the lawn at the dam.

Drinks : Bring your own drinks and snacks for the day

Fires will also be provided for those of you would like to bring your own meat and have your own braai with us at the dam.

Main event As it is Women’s Day, singing star Riana Nel will perform for us just after the lunch at around 14:00

Riana’s show is free of charge and she is doing an exclusive performance just for the Boardwalk Meander Residents. So if you can’t make the lunch at least come and enjoy her music!

Entertainment :We will keep the children busy with the following activities:• Face painting• Pony rides• Jumping castles• Clamber Club will be here again for 2 hours • Photo booth for some fun family pictures• Outdoor laser tag games for the older children• Fun Run/Walk – bring your dog

Sweets and cold drinks will again be supplied to the children.

We hope the weather will play along! We will also have 2 tents pitched at the dam just in case.
